Update:	The DWDM segment between Clackamas and Sandy is currently unavailable. Provider engineers have stated there is a fiber cut on the segment. Due to weather, power line poles have fallen. Fiber repairs are awaiting the electrical work to be completed. Repair crews will be heading to site around 6 am Pacific Time. There is no ETR currently. Member traffic is rerouting.

Update:	The DWDM segment between Clackamas and Sandy is currently unavailable due to a fiber cut caused by storms bringing down lines. Fiber repairs are underway on one fiber. The second can't be accessed until 1-2 PM PT once utility crews move out of the affected area. There is no ETR and Member traffic is rerouting.
