Update:

Link Oregon will perform preventative dark fiber maintenance on Wed May 27 starting at 22:00 until May 28 04:00.

For the Link Oregon SR-MPLS/BGP backbone all Layer2 and Layer3 services will take alternative paths, and no customers impact is expected.

Layer 1 Wave Services will be down during the maintenance event.
The entire window is reserved, however impact to wave services are expected to be shorter in duration.
