Update:

This is a notice of resolution for the reported network issue in Eugene, OR. Investigation by Link Oregon engineering has confirmed that no customer impact was experienced. The root cause was an issue with a management switch used for monitoring. The device was rebooted, and full functionality has been restored. No additional impact is expected.
