NERO experienced a fault on one of its Eugene peering routers this
evening around 19:17 and then recovered around 19:25. This impacted
Link Oregon's peering with CENIC and one of the redundant peerings for
UO. As a remediation step, Link Oregon rebooted the device at 19:54 to help
recover from the error and it recovered at 19:58. Customers not peering
with this router would have had traffic shift to alternate paths during
the impacted windows.
