Unplanned outage: Eugene - Oregon Hall to WIX 2021-03-22 00:40-07:44

The connectivity between Oregon Hall and WIX was down between 00:40 and 07:44.

This was caused by locked up device on the Oregon Hall side.

The device has been rebooted and we looking in more detail for the root cause.

We will schedule an emergency maintenance if this device needs to be replaced.
