There was a fiber cut between Portland and Salem at 13:03. Backbone capacity between Portland, Salem, Corvallis, and Eugene is reduced. Link Oregon Engineering is investigating and has engaged the fiber provider to resolve this issue. We do not expect any additional impact to customers.
