This wont look like much, but it is a start.
The reason I'm sending an update now is...
I am starting a series of Block Builds, where I'll be working on building up OOI gear and doing this in an open format. To learn more about this, for those in the Bcc list, you can visit and join the google group to learn more.
Will post more soon. I'm just tying a few threads together as I go :)
