As part of LILRC's partnership with Girls Who Code, we would like to share some information about their upcoming opportunities.  If you would like to learn more about the program,  you can view all of their pre-recorded webinars here.

Start a free Girls Who Code Club and help students build confidence, problem-solving skills, and a sense of belonging through coding. Clubs meet just 1–2 hours per week and can fit into your existing schedule—after school, during lunch, or online. When you start a Club, you’ll receive free access to our curriculum for grades 3–12, plus training and resources to support facilitators every step of the way.

Ready to get started? Complete the Clubs Application at girlswhocode.com/clubsapply and affiliate with Long Island Library Resources Council to unlock exclusive benefits and swag.

✨ Bonus Opportunity: Start a new Club by November 8th for a chance to win a snack box filled with treats to enjoy with your members. See official rules.

*See official rules for the New Clubs Snack Box Giveaway. By submitting a GWC Clubs 2025-2026 Application during the Entry Period, you agree to the Giveaway Terms.

Peace,
