Audit Kamanja home-brew formula

Hi All,
While auditing the homebrew formula, I observed that the below files are non-executable. They have the permission -r--r--r--
/usr/local/Cellar/kamanja/1.3.2/bin/CleanUtil-1.0
/usr/local/Cellar/kamanja/1.3.2/bin/SetPaths.sh
Is anyone else having the same permission or is it my environment issue? This is coming as a problem while auditing the formula.
