Hi everyone!
Curious about how to get involved in research, find extracurricular opportunities, ask for strong letters of recommendation, and more?
Come learn from students who have been exploring these questions all quarter 🥳.
Over the past 9 weeks, students in EEMB 2 have been developing and practicing key professional skills in biology -- from researching opportunities to reaching out to mentors. Now they’re sharing what they learned with the broader biology community.
Join us for short student presentations where you can ask questions, hear real experiences, and gather practical resources to help you take the next step in your own academic journey.
We’ll also have snacks and time to connect with fellow students.
What: Peer presentations & discussions about professional opportunities in biology
When: Friday, March 13 (sessions throughout the day)
Where: See the attached flyer for session times and locations
No preparation is needed—just stop by, grab a snack, and learn from your peers.
We’d love to see you there!
