The Undergraduate Biological Sciences Program (MCDB/EEMB) is now accepting applications for Work-Study Peer Advisors for the 23/24 school year (F23, W24, S24).

Student' Peer Advisors earn $17.00 an hour and work an average of 10 hours a week assisting BIO/MCDB/EEMB major students with course scheduling, choosing a major, major progress checks, university procedures, and several various clerical-filing duties.

Minimum Requirements:

1. must have financial aid Work-Study funds.

2. applicants must be a major within Bio/MCDB/EEMB.

3. should have a 3.0 or higher UC major gpa.

4. must be in upper division full major standing (i.e. 3rd or 4th year).

Interested students should complete an application ASAP (Due no later than 4PM Monday, October 9th), as we will interview and hire as soon as we find qualified student candidates.

Applications are attached and can be dropped off in person at the Biology Advising Offices on the 3rd Floor of LSB

(Open M-F 9:30-1130AM and M-R 1-4PM).
