I am seeking damages for:
18 U.S. Code § 2340A - Torture, 18 U.S. Code § 242 - Deprivation of
rights, 18 U.S. Code § 2381 - Treason,
SSA and UHC have conspired with a number of private entities for the
past 5 years in what is clearly a conspiracy to commit treason,
murder, and provide "fake" and "useless" medical services which
violate a number of my civil rights, HIPPAA, and what should be a
number of laws regarding "proper medical care."
I am seekiing 3500$/week in compensation, in lieu of any further
payment to evil corporations providing negative, useless, and
torturuous "drug rehabilitation services."
The entirety of our medical and psychiatric community is guilty of
severe crimes against humanity for not correcting the DSM-4 and
treatment related to "psychotic medication" and "schizophrenia" ...
anyone with a brain should know these things are not real, and are
nothing more than a weapon against "God and country" but it apparently
takes a "formal complaint" to convince UHC that rather than spend
10,000 per day to service a claim improperly in a torturous manner,
they could simply send me "enough money to survive" above and beyond
the SSI provided by SSA that is insufficient and also torturous.
Several states, including Florida, California, and Nevada have also
conspired to shut down Section 8 and HUD programs which would have
made living on SSI "possibleA" through torturous. My first amendment
and fourth amendment rights have been routinely violated every day
since I was born. I am seeking monetary damages.
Amazon and Google have failed to pay royalties due to me, very
clearly. I am seeking punitive damages in addition to the monies owed
from all parties.

"(minime) 1,000,000 dollars" in nice chunks of safe 3500 per week
expenses. I am willing to continue to work for the USA only if

country, as well as further legal action. In addition to the charges
already litsted, several additional complaints revolve around improper
handling and treatment related to the ADA as well as "regulations" to
protect Americas from psychological torture related to the Church
Committee and COINTELPRO.
