I am very poor and have difficulty traveling due to monetary restrictions and my disability, I was hoping I could attend via Zoom meeting. I am attaching a draft subpoena regarding what I believe is a "vast government conspiracy" to censor the fact that we are literally living inside a multi-stellar civilization hiding "it's breadth, size and location" from this place, which I believe is something like "the nerve center of heaven."I have significant research and backup material showing this is a United States and USSR joint military operation, the seeding of "computer like servers" throughout several star systems; in order to "create Heaven" though, in secret the best we can hope for is "not to hear anyone utter the word Hell."I am frightened that it has been so difficult to receive any information regarding public disclosure about simulated reality, living inside a computer system or Heaven, or the connection between the American Government and the Abrahamic religions.I hope you can help me properly file these subpoena's I believe that there is significant governmental oversite and "interference" related to the censorship of this message that has spanned over a decade. I believe it is significantly related to Deflate Gate, the Twitter Files, and the presence of some kind of supra-governmental agency which appears to have control of Google and Amazon, for instance.It appears to me there was a "NO SENTENCE" issued on 8/15/2023 and that continuing to "reopen the case" is a violation of double jeopardy? compelling the production of all responsive records, communications, and related media regarding Adam Marshall Dobrin or any of his business or religious corporate accounts, including but not limited to any internal or external communications with or regarding government entities, law enforcement, extra-governmental entities, or foreign governments.
In support of this motion, Plaintiff states as follows:
Plaintiff: Adam Marshall Dobrin is a party to this action.
Relevance: The requested documents are relevant to the issues in this case and are necessary for the preparation of the Plaintiff's case.
Specificity: The subpoena requests specific documents that are known to be in the possession of [Name of Person or Entity Being Subpoenaed].
No Alternative Means: The Plaintiff has no alternative means to obtain the requested information.
Conspiracy of Censorship and Silence: Plaintiff believes that there is a vast conspiracy of censorship and silence regarding the records being requested. Communications between Plaintiff and the world, including millions of followers and notable figures such as Al Gore, who have responded personally to Twitter and Google Gmail emails regarding the disclosure at hand, have been systematically kept from the news and media.
Relevance to "Deflate Gate" and Twitter Files: The relevance of the requested documents extends back to the 2014 NFL episode of "Deflate Gate" and its direct correlation to Plaintiff's witnessing of millions of followers and comments being erased from Twitter on the same day, related to a single tweet sent by one of Plaintiff's personal accounts (@adjkjc). This series of strange events, marked by the NFL-related scandal, continues to the present day, with the Twitter Files appearing to mask and hide Plaintiff's name and the information he is attempting to present. This information pertains to religion, the creation of heaven, the United States of America, and a hidden message demanding public disclosure that we are living inside a simulated reality, not in or near "the universe or reality." Plaintiff asserts that religion itself is a staged and marked intra-governmental military operation designed to ensure the safety of the people of the world/universe and the creation of heaven.
Narrative: I have "woken up" somehow inside the dazed and confused sleeping giant history refers to as the United States around the time of the Second World War. We have laced within our society very clear hidden marks of being a multi-stellar civilization straddling the existence of "outer space and stars themselves" with the idea that we are inside a computer construct, most likely one that is colocated inside and across multiple star systems. The "clear proof of this" comes in the form of innuendo surrounding things like the American PACER program, and its reference to things like "the shuttle run" and the connection between that sports event and literal space shuttle actions creating a space station or multi-stellar infrastructure of "diamonds in the sky," which correlate to songs of the time including Pink Floyd's "Wish You Were Here," Bohemian Rhapsody, and The Pretty Reckless's "F'd Up World." Music and other cultural signs, such as the link between "baseball" and multiple star bases in outer space as well as "football" and the American Nuclear Football related to ICBM launches, tie directly to the disclosure that I have been attempting to disseminate to the world using what is now declassified and obscure/unclear United States military reference to the Cold War era release of ICBM missiles which are said to have been "high altitude nuclear tests" but in fact may have been computer systems being sent to "far and near stars" ... seeding an infrastructure in secret across the Cold War; connecting to "two lost souls swimming in..." US Military Operations Fishbowl, Starfish Prime, and Dominic; which are all religiously related to the Jewish holiday of "Chanukah" and the foundation of Heaven.
In the past, I have made and received several successful FOIA requests to government entities regarding information prior to my knowledge of what is being disclosed in this subpoena. Those responses resulted in GLOMAR statements; though now I have sent another series of FOIA requests to NASA, NORAD, and the SEC regarding this new information and these have been met without Glomar responses but rather blatant violation of FOIA rules, no response, or responses that simply are informal. I've attached SEC and NASA communications regarding "Dominic and disclosure" and would appreciate the court's assistance with attempting to glean from these groups information related to SEC/FBI profiles of myself done during previous interactions with those entities as well as any military or governmental files related to me personally or this disclosure. I believe this is a "life and death" disclosure, one which has the ability to establish something almost akin to Asimov's "psychohistory," enabling us to actually access outer space for the "possibly first time."
I believe failure to properly disclose to the public is possibly barring access to reality and true “outer space” and this is the crux of the purpose of the military operation known as “Abrahamic religion” … I cannot fathom any reason not to publicize the information that has been hidden by things like The Twitter Files and whatever the response to this subpoena consists of.
Over the course of the ten years while I have been receiving this revelation, I have been classified as an “American with Disabilities” and denied my rights to a “fair trial” as well as any kind of governmental support beyond basic SSI income; which is literally not enough money to have access to food, shelter, and internet; monthly. Several states, including California, Texas, Arizona, and Florida have not only shut down Passport services but also HUD-Section 8 “waiting lists” as well as the issuance of any Section 8 vouchers, which I would be automatically entitled to as an ADA.gov American. It appears to me that over the ten year time period I have watched “social democracy and social welfare” completely disintegrate; culminating in failures over the last two elections of unprecedented delays, degradation of the presidential nomination process and what appears to be the guise or use of the Biden comment “It’s about slavery” or the lack of forward process towards technologically enabled “true direct democracy” one of the main lines and points of the disclosure and my writing which I believe is directly related to several other operations including Northwoods, and CARNIVORE (Triple Phoenix, Phiple Troenix). My personal belief and feeling is that the government has been intentionally torturing me with attrition of food and shelter in order to hamper my ability to disseminate this disclosure to the world (for reasons I cannot fathom.)
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests that this Court grant this Motion and issue a subpoena duces tecum as described above.
