I spoke with Yaihaira Lopez mother and she said to call back on monday 06/15/26 to schedule an appointment.
Mom is unsure when shecan bring her daughter.

Leonardo and Sharlyn are scheduled for today wirth North Loop SW at 3:00 PM.

Regarding patient Yahaira Lopez: Called to confirm appointment. Spoke with patient's mother, who stated that the patient will not be attending the scheduled appointment due to babysitting responsibilities. Patient's mother reported that she does not anticipate being able to bring the patient in for appointments in the near future and will contact the office to reschedule when available. Please let us know how to proceed.

Law firm, please note that Sharlyn Diaz missed her therapy visit at LHC Westchase- Elite on 06/15 and has yet to reschedule. Please note that  due to age Leonardo Arreaga Diaz, will only see MD for recommendations. As for Ms. Yahaira Lopez, her mother was briefly spoken to in regards to scheduling any visits with MD or therapy and she stated she needed to speak with her daughter as she is too busy to take her to any appointments. She is unsure if she will want to proceed with treatment, please advise on how to proceed.

Hi Sheen,

Please be advised that the guardian for Yahaira Lopez stated they will not be coming in for the scheduled appointment. The guardian mentioned that she is currently babysitting and does not believe she has the time to attend; she also indicated she would speak with her attorney regarding this matter.
