Good morning please note patient was seen at Northloop -SW on 12/9/25. Follow up appt set for 12/23/25. Wound care referral order.

Diagnosis	Onset Date
Contact with hot drinks, initial encounter (ICD10CM - X10.0XXA)
Burn of first degree of left thigh, initial encounter (ICD10CM - T24.112A)
Burn of second degree of right thigh, initial encounter (ICD10CM - T24.211A)

Continue current medications
Continue to monitor
Educated patient on wound care and keeping area clean and dry.
No chiropractic care is recommended at this time.

Additional Informed patient to clean burn wound with lukewarm water and bland soap. Apply silver sulfadiazine topical cream once a day and can apply non adherent gauze daily if there is too much friction with walking. Educated to not pop blisters. Recommend she stay away from sunlight. Recommend plastic surgery if has incresed scarring to area once burns are healed.
