I noticed that every time I have run letsencrypt, the sites.enabled/sites-available SSL conf gets modified in ways that are significant and can affect the smooth operation of the website. Is there a way to omit any changes to these configuration files and just get new certificates? Thanks! Keep up the good work!

You can use `./letsencrypt-auto certonly`, it only renews the
certificate without installing anything.
