dashboard shows incorrect amount translated

Hi there,

Love that KA Lite is a thing! Thanks for working to get it translated. 

The translation listing for Arabic on the Language Dashboard page is showing a hugely incorrect amount, much to my dismay, and likely others.

It’s showing 99% translated for Arabic, but the crowdin page shows a combined 16% for version 16.

I manually installed the ar.zip contentpack from here and the admin screen within my KA-Lite shows that 22% is translated.

I’m going to believe the admin screen. But that’s still nowhere close to 99%.

I humbly suggest you correct the Language Dashboard so that people don’t get the false hope (like I did) that its all translated, only to be confused as to why it’s not an officially supported language and therefore doesn’t show up in the drop-down list of languages.
