Dear Brad, how are you?
I'd like to start by thanking you for all your help in making Kolibri available in Nepalese. Chandni was a joy to work with.
There are two things I'd like to highlight, now that she's completed the work:
1) The version she worked on is Kolibri 0.4x. As developers work on updates to this version, some strings may be added to Crowdin for translation. Hence, although this version is complete, there may be other remaining work to be done in the near future, until we reach our final public release version, which should be v1.0.
I explained this to Chandni on our initial call, and I'd love to keep in touch her directly when strings are updated, if that's ok.
2) The next step now is to have her translations proofread and approved, so we can release this version for testing. I was wondering if you happen to have another Nepalese-speaking person who could take on the Proofreader role and get onboard to check her translations.
We're actively pursuing a Nepalese proofreader now, but I just thought I'd ask.
Thank you so much, once again, and I look forward to seeing Kolibri being used by Trek to Teach in the future.
Speak soon.
Best wishes,
Carine
