Reminder: Rainbow Contra Dance 33 Hawley St Northampton on Saturday

Hello Contra Dancers.

Here is your reminder that our March 28th dance will be held at 

33 Hawley St, Northampton also known as

Northampton Center for the Arts

Our caller Alyssa Adkins:

Alyssa (Lyss) Adkins is a Maine-based caller, folk waltz and fusion teacher.  Dancers consistently describe their teaching and calling as clear, joyful, and energetic.  They stay precise and concise in their communication so everyone can more fully enjoy the dance, the music, and each other.

Our Band Gus LaCasse (fiddle) and Pepin Mittlehauser (guitar): Gus and Pepin are two fabulous musicians from Maine- they are an energetic and joyful duo who provide a wave of music that literally draws the dancers onto the dance floor. 

Time: 7-10 PM with a beginner lesson at 6:30

General Admission: $15- $20 / students $8-$12 

No one turned away due to lack of funds 

Dances will be called with the gender-free role terms "Larks & Robins."

This dance is mask-optional.

If you’re not feeling well, please stay home and join us next month.

Remember to bring soft-soled, non-marking shoes to protect the wooden dance floor.

Please refrain from wearing perfumes, colognes, and other highly scented products.

All events are smoke, drug, and alcohol free!!
