JP contra is back for the new season!

WHEN: Saturday, Sept. 14, 7:30-10:30 PM
WHO: Caller: Cris Ricciotti; Music: Dogtown
WHERE: First Church (U-U) of Jamaica Plain, Centre & Eliot Sts.

We kick off the 2024-2025 season in traditional fashion, with calling by our beloved Queen Mum, Chris Ricciotti, and tunes by Dogtown, consisting of Becky Miller (fiddle), Avi Randall (piano), and Norb Spencer (accordion). You know you want to be there, so don’t miss it!

HEALTH AND SAFETY NOTES:

Masks are optional for this dance (policy is subject to change in future if available data warrants We will have some available in case you choose to wear pone but forget to bring yours.
We encourage you to bring your own water bottle, but we will have water and cups available.

If you’re not feeling well or have a rash, please stay home.


We always need volunteers to help set up and run the dance. If you’d like to help, contact co...@panix.com.


IMPORTANT DETAILS:

Admission is $5.00-$15.00 (sliding scale). Free for children 12 and under.

We're at the First Church Unitarian-Universalist in downtown Jamaica
Plain, on Eliot St. at the corner of Centre St., opposite the monument.

Please bring soft-soled shoes.
Please do not wear perfume, cologne, or other scented products, as some of our dancers are chemically sensitive, and experience discomfort when exposed to these materials.
