Slurm package advise

Good morning,

In between World Cup matches... What do you do for Slurm installations? Do you build from source or do you use OHPC binaries or do you do something else?

OHPC binary unless newer feature (s) needed. For basic use ohpc works for Limulus systems

Another train  thought is to keep the slurm binaries on a shared mount.  This gives you more control over unwanted changes across updates.  PMIx being removed/broken from 7.9 rhel as a real example.
