some of them i can delete by clicking on the X. others i cannnot. for example here:

i cannot delete the "v0.1" tag. (when logged in there is an X next to it.). but i can delete the "i-2-k-2020" tag. why?

relatedly, when i "+Add a new tag" and i enter "I2K2020", it appears as "i-2-k-2020". why!?
