singularity-3.7.2 available in Fedora and EPEL testing

singularity-3.7.2 is now available in Fedora and EPEL testing yum
repositories.
https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/?search=singularity

If not given sufficient Karma earlier, the Fedora rpms will be promoted
to production in a week and EPEL rpms in two weeks.
