Hello,

I'm trying to get started with the singularity library (https://cloud.sylabs.io/library), however I can't figure out how to use it.

Following the documentation, I built a local .sif and pushed it to [1].
Using the idiot-proof* pull examples in multiple places on [1], I am unable to pull the image, as Singularity client claims it does not exist, immediately after it claims it does exist.

```
❯ singularity search root7
No users found for 'root7'
No collections found for 'root7'
Found 1 containers for 'root7'
    library://dcsouthwick/iotools/root7
        Tags: latest
❯ singularity pull library://dcsouthwick/iotools/root7
FATAL:   While pulling library image: error fetching image: image does not exist in the library: dcsouthwick/iotools/root7:latest (amd64)
```

Are there some hidden limits/quotas/etc? There is nothing mentioned in the (limited) documentation in [2]

Lost & confused,

/D

All,

Just noting for the list that as an issue related to Sylabs' cloud / commercial offerings, this is being handled separately via our sup...@sylabs.io contact address.

As Greg Kurtzer has indicated a wish to keep discussions on the list around open-source singularity following the transition involving the HPCng organisation etc., please direct any issues found with cloud.sylabs.io to the above address.

Thanks,

DT
