Hi! I am new to this group. I am wondering if there is a way to export the data generated by the genome clustering on Img so that I can use other tree drawing programs. There are several web sites but they need Newick format. I can view the newick format in the img website, but there doesn't seem to be a way to copy it.
Alternatively, I want to "mark" specific genomes in the tree but can only seem to do one selection at a time. Is there a way around this?
