Bulk download annotations for many img_gene_oid's

Hi all, I've downloaded a number of files with a img_gene_oid from the JGI portal.  I would like to bulk download the annotations associated with these IDs, which are not in the files (e.g., COG, KEGG, family, etc).  I know how to access this information for a single img_gene_oid in IMG, but not tens of thousands of IDs.  Any suggestions?  Thanks!
