IMG is not permitting download...

Hi, I have a completed analysis job on IMG-M for OID 3300007885, but when I click on the Download link as detailed in the sticky note (https://groups.google.com/a/lbl.gov/forum/#!topic/img-user-forum/o4Pjc_GV1js)
I get 'access denied' with this error message:

You are logged in as 'Scott Monsma', but you do not have permission to access the requested private resource or use the requested function. Please, contact Principal Investigator of this project to get access.

Requested resource or function is

• http://genome.jgi.doe.gov/IMG_3300007885/IMG_3300007885.info.html

But I AM the PI, I created the GOLD project and I uploaded the sequence data for the analysis!

Any recommendations?

Hi Scott,

          In your GOLD Analysis Project, there appear to be two different email addresses. smo...@me.com is marked as the PI while smo...@lucigen.com is the submitter. This discrepancy is the reason why you saw the error message. We enable permissions for the former as part of portal initialization but do not have an API to extend these permissions to the submitter or other collaborators. Amy has used her superuser privileges to grant you permission to this dataset. However, please note that the GOLD APs are created appropriately in the future in order to avoid running into this problem.
