A question on the handling of alternative start codons in IMG-ER

Hi,

It seems that IMG-ER translates alternative start codons GTG and TTG into Val and Leu, respectively, not into Met.

For example, the first 9 bases of IMG gene ID 2830236956 is "GTGGTTTAT" and the corresponding amino acid sequence is "VVY".

Also for IMG gene ID 2830236946, the first 9 bases "TTGGAAGAT" have been translated into "LED".

I'd like to know whether this is right and an intended behavior of IMG-ER annotation pipeline.
