Missing download option for new data

I recently received emails from the IMG pipeline saying my annotations were available for download, but when I sign in (using my JGI-SSO, per downloading instructions), the download option is missing from the top of the page (i.e. the "download" button isn't there) for all my new datasets. I have older datasets that are still showing this option, so I am confused as to why it would be missing for these new datasets. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,

Caroline,

              An API that we consumed to let users access via web-downloads recently changed in such a way that certain datasets got excluded from being processed. This included some of your recent submissions which is why the issue occurred. This has now been resolved. Please let us know if you continue to have issues.
