Missing genes for Micromonas pusilla

Hello,

I accessed the annotated genes for M. pusilla CCMP1545 about a year ago that I used for some comparative analysis. However, I just looked back at those genes and some are not there anymore (at least where I had found them previously), I cannot find them by searching the kegg annotation or by searching for the locus ID. Have they been moved or has this been updated and these genes were removed?

As examples, I have sequences for, but now cannot find (locus ID given):

EuGene.0000080434 (glycerophosphoryl diester phosphodiesterase) and estExt_Genewise1Plus.C_31021 (sodium phosphate transporter)

I greatly appreciate any information on this.

That above taxon_oid was an “obsoleted" version due to some data error found from phyotozome, when loading into IMG.

Here’s the correct version of that genome loaded from phytozome:
