Scaffolds download with annotation

Hi,

I am new to JGI.

I submitted some assembled sequences for metagenomic analysis.  The analysis resulted in scaffolds with different genes annotated. Would it be possible to download all the annotated scaffolds with annotation information that I could work  in a different standalone software like Geneious
