Linking JGI geneID or locus tag ID to NCBI Gene ID and Locus Tag ID

I am trying to link the Gene ID and Locus Tags from JGI with the locus tag from NCBI. Specifically for Zymomonas mobilis mobilis ZM4 (Analysis ID: Ga0302528). An example JGI Gene ID is 2834884446 and JGI Locus Tag is 2834884446. An example of NCBI Locus Tag is ZMO1_RS00005. I cannot find a way to convert the JGI gene identifiers with the NCBI gene identifiers. Any help would be appreciated.
