some genomes can be downloaded, but some can not be. Why?

Hi,

I am trying to download genomes data from IMG/ER. Some genomes, such as Marinomonas mediterranea MMB-1, ATCC 700492, there is a download button on the website:

But for some genomes, such as Campylobacter lari RM2100, there is no such button:

Can anyone explain why and tell me how to download the second genome?

Genomes that were loaded into IMG in the early years 2006-2010'ish were directly loaded from NCBI and the NCBI's data were never stored at IMG.
