Find genomes in which 2 specific gene homologs are adjacent (within the same cassette)

I am new to IMG.  I want to find all genomes in which a homolog of protein A is adjacent to a homolog of protein B.  I think this means that they are in a cassette.  Would someone share with me the steps to do this?  Basically,

for each genome

find all homologs of protein A

find all homologs of protein B

locate gene of group A that is adjacent to group B (there may be more than one pair)

 output name of genome and gene number of appropriate pair

end
