Hi,
I've a problem with COG classification of genes from a pure strain genome.
First, I have no information about the A category (RNA processing and modification), I suppose because in the IMG ER configuration there is not this category. It's quite worrying, is difficult to imagine that no genes are involved in this process.
Second, there is a category given by IMG ER: Mobilome: prophages, transposons, with some COG genes identified, but I cannot find the letter of this category.
