Erratic Neighborhood map displaying in "Evidence for Function Prediction"

We have been studying the Leptotrichia bucallis genomoe for 2 years and this problem materialized only last week; the Neighborhood gene map is being grey-out on some genes, on some computers.  It displayed on my android phone but not a student's  Iphone,  Worked on some PC, not on a MacBook.   For example, http://img.jgi.doe.gov/cgi-bin/edu/main.cgi?section=GeneDetail&page=geneDetail&gene_oid=645007060  Our IT department was no help.  Any suggestions?

Please try again I found some corrupted cached files.

You should see most of the genes yellow / white and the subject gene colored red.

Please try using the feature "Chromosome Viewer colored by" just below the plot.
