Hello,
Is it possible to submit Illumina (MiSeq) runs for a bacterial isolate to IMG/ER for assembly and annotation? The submission page only has a spot for uploading 454 sequences and specifically asks users not to submit Illumina sequences there (and does not suggest another place to submit Illumina sequences).

Hi Michael,
IMG annotation pipeline does not include assembly. We only accept assembled data.
