Just checking that the problem's not somehow on this end - all I see is a message that it will be down on the 11th.

We encountered serious system problem. Engineers at NERSC have been working on it since Tuesday. We are hoping that the problem can be resolved soon. However, we still have no idea when IMG can be up. Sorry for the inconvenience.
