Download only high/medium-quality vOTUs

Hello, I had a quick question about downloading vOTUs. I'd like to download all of the high/medium-quality vOTUs from IMG/VR. I can't find where to do this, and would rather not download all of IMG/VR then select the vOTUs. Does this capability exist? I've explored the website and help pages and couldn't find anything.

Hi Nelson,

I can download what I have in my gene chart by pressing the button 'Export' (I am not sure what you mean by vOTUs).

From this link (https://img.jgi.doe.gov/cgi-bin/vr/main.cgi), I'd like to download the sequences of all the vOTUs labelled with High-confidence virus and High or Medium quality. I added them to my cart, but was limited to 100 genes when exporting the FASTA file. I then went to IMG/MER, but didn't see the vOTU dataset available.
