Uploading a MAG from a metagenome already in IMG

Hi,

I have a bunch of metagenomes in IMG that I have subsequently binned and I'd like to upload these MAGs onto IMG but I just wanted to know how this works. These bins are purely subsets of contigs from my IMG metagenomes so I'm wondering if these contigs and their genes will get brand new accession numbers or whether the IMG gene and contig IDs will remain the same? Furthermore, should I expect that the annotation will be identical between the MAG and the full metagenome?
