IMG/ER - remove or rename private genomes

Dear IMG/ER users,

There are several draft genomes that we submitted to IMG/ER that we would like to remove for the sake of clarity, as our publication is based on the finalised version, and we would like the final version to be the one to merge into IMG. We would also like to rename the final draft to reflect the publication name of the genome (and remove ugly version numbers tagged with it).

So far, I've looked into the user guides and searched the forum here without success.

In short, is there a way to remove private genomes from the database, and is there a way to rename a private genome?

Genome release: Please let us know the IMG Taxon  OIDs of the genomes you wish to release.

Genome renaming: Please contact Ioanna Pagani (ipa...@lbl.gov) or Reddy (tbr...@lbl.gov).
