permission to access the requested resource

Hi, I've logged into IMG using my JGI Single Sign On (SSO) Account. When I've tried to download data from taxon detail pages I found this page:

You are logged in as 'Marina Reinert', but you do not have permission to access the requested resource or use the requested function.

Requested resource or function is

http://genome.jgi.doe.gov/IMG_3300002855/IMG_3300002855.info.html

You also may use any of these links

I am already registered so I don't know why I do not have permission and how can I do to be able for download my data.

Hi Marina,

Are you sure you are using 'marina....@indear.com' , the JGI SSO account corresponding to your submissions and not an alias to access this portal? I haven't found anything unusual with this portal and will file this as a bug with them if you confirm.

Hi Marina,

It seems that you have two different email addresses. Please contact us through email or submit a ticket to resolve this issue. User forum is not an appropriate place to discuss this issue.
