Hello,
Is it possible to export/add more than 20,000 genes to a cart?
I am trying to download CDS ( that belong to alphaproteobacteria) from metagenomes which amounts to more than 20K, but since there is a limit in amount of genes that i can add to cart, i can only download first or last 20K based on however the results are displayed. Is there a way to add all the genes to gene cart?
The metagenome that i am trying to use has a broken/unaccessible "Download data", so i cant get the whole CDS either See https://img.jgi.doe.gov/cgi-bin/m/main.cgi?section=TaxonDetail&page=taxonDetail&taxon_oid=3300001731.
But ultimately it will be great if i can increase the limit of gene that can be added to cart at one time.

What is the issue with "Download Data" that you're having? I am able to download it myself. But this is private data for which access is currently limited to two external users and I don't see your name among them. The PI has administrative access over who can see what. If you are unable to resolve it, please get in touch with your JGI Project Manager.
