A hotfix release of GASNet-EX 2019.3.2 is now available for download from:
https://gasnet.lbl.gov
This release fixes an important bug discovered in the previous release, affecting users of “wide” SMP nodes:
bug3943: infrequent startup hang with PSHM and over 62 PPN
GASNet-EX is now our primary product, and support for old GASNet-1 releases is being phased out. Developers of new and existing GASNet clients and conduits are strongly encouraged to migrate to GASNet-EX. A backwards-compatibility layer in GASNet-EX eases the adoption path for existing GASNet-1 clients, allowing drop-in replacement and incremental transition for most clients.
