Unable to delete uploaded track

Hi all,

We are unable to remove tracks in Apollo via the GUI. It causes 

Response in call to removeTrackFromOrganism ( https://github.com/GMOD/Apollo/issues/2629 ) :

{"error":"No temporary directory found to remove tracks from /Apollo/apollo_data/1-yeast"}

What did we do wrong?

I would provide additional log files on that ticket and the various apollo directories for that organism and see if there is anything there. 

I know the Apollo / JBrowse team (which I’m not a part of) has been focusing more on getting other versions up, so have been slower on the maintenance side.
