change genetic code (for mitochondria)

Hi,

I haven't been working with Apollo for too long. Is there a way to change the genetic code used per contig somehow? 

I am working with a fungus, but am trying to annotate the mitochondrium and would need to use a different getetic code for that.

But you should be able to set it on the organism tab as an optional feature (default “0”):

I think the question is whether the translation table can be changed per-contig, but the answer may be that it can't. The mitochondria could maybe be loaded as a separate organism.
