Logged out or server failure. Attempt to reconnect?

Hi all,

When I try to upload big BAM files I get "Logged out or server failure. Attempt to reconnect" and track does not get created.

What could be the problem?

How big?

Might be that it is an excess of a web request and you’ll need to configure it manually instead.
