Hi, Im beginner in Apollo and i don't know upload my data file. Can you help me?

Jennifer,

There are 2 ways to add new data, by uploading: https://genomearchitect.readthedocs.io/en/latest/Data_loading.html#apollo-automated-configuration-and-upload (it is particular about the suffix, so be warned), or by creating a JBrowse directory from the sequence and then creating an organism from that sequence: https://genomearchitect.readthedocs.io/en/latest/Data_loading.html#prepare-refseqs-pl
