problem to remove organism

Dear all,

I tried to remove an annotation from organism using the script delete_annotations_from_organism.groovy

however i get this error

/home/lfaino/Downloads/Apollo-2.6.1/docs/web_services/examples/groovy/delete_annotations_from_organism.groovy: 2: unable to resolve class groovyjarjarcommonscli.Option

@ line 2, column 1.

Luigi,

I don’t see that in the current version of the file:

That being said, if the more current version doesn’t work, you might try using the python library with arrow, which has the same functionality and explicitly supports this function:

It should also be able copy and obsolete an organism.
