My recollection is that most folks created their own web site and then used the API in user service: http://demo.genomearchitect.io/Apollo2/WebServices/

Hi Michal,

If you are from, or working with, an Australian-based research institute we have created the Australian Apollo Service to provide researchers and research groups with an Apollo instance to host your genomes. Details are here: https://apollo-portal.genome.edu.au/

The Apollo instances are provided fully subsidised to Australian-based researchers. The Service is operated by QCIF and underpinned by computational resources provided by the Pawsey Supercomputing Research Centre and receives NCRIS funding through Bioplatforms Australia and the Australian Research Data Commons (https://doi.org/10.47486/PL105), as well as Queensland Government RICF funding.

Please get in touch if you have any questions.

Best regards,
Tiff
